Production Loader, Road Train, Digger pay rate.

What's your hourly rate to be in either a Production Loader, Road Train or Digger?

I'm currently in $57h but trying to get a pay rise.

My SSE told me to get him some information on what other sites are paying and he'll consider it if we are that far behind.

To put it in context, I'm on the same money as a guy in a water cart that is constantly being told he is doing a shit job.

Pay rate is based on time with the company, not skill level.
