Any tips for impossible mode?

Hi I am extremely close to getting all achievements but after starting act III impossible mode I feel as if (as the name implies) its an impossible task. Any tips? I have decent mutations (I don't have the double turn mutation idk where to get it) and i haven't item duplicated anything. Thank you.
