Accenture Hands-on assessment

Hi . My stream training is going on and I have Hands-on assessment in the end of the week . I don't have any idea about hands-on exam. Can anyone know how to clear the exam ? Is it mandatory to pass hands-on or only MyCompetency alone is enough for on boarding ?
