Some thoughts about my credit card debt

I owe $26k on credit cards. I'm on social security and have nothing that would prevent a chapter 7. My family gave me $1k to help with payday loans. I'm looking at some credit card payments that are due this month and I just don't want to pay them. I stopped charging on my cards in April, trying to stop because I think I need to stop 90 days before I file bankruptcy or it looks like fraud? I know I should talk to a lawyer but it's 1 am and I'm just thinking about it. I know that mixing money from social security and other things isn't good and I probably need more time to pass, but I just really don't want to make any more payments, but maybe I should if they're due this month so that I'll only be late on payments for two months before I talk to a lawyer at the 90 days.
