I'm thinking of going for a hair make over.

My hair is the thin type, and perming previously at the wrong salon has shown failures and damages.

Can anyone recommend a good salon with stylists who knows how to recommend accordingly? If perming,I'm thinking of a soft feminine curls. Can be anywhere
