Restaurant ideas for family of 5. Rome/Florence/Venice

My wife and I along with 2 college age and a high schooler taking our first trip to Italy in June. Not looking upscale but more moderate locales with delicious food that you have enjoyed. Looking thru various posts I see many for solo travelers and couples so I'm hopeful to find family oriented suggestions.
