What challenges might startups face if companies begin adopting PM Modi’s work from home preparedness appeal?

PM Modi recently appealed for work-from-home preparedness amid the current situation.

But realistically, will startups and large organizations fully agree to it?

I personally feel that big companies may adapt more easily, but startups could struggle because many are already trying hard to maintain projects, revenue, and productivity amid uncertainty.

For startups, it’s not always about micro-management — sometimes they just need better visibility into work output because survival itself becomes challenging during unstable periods.
