Which shares more pokemon?

Champions was my first pokemon game . I never really got into it as a kid but since it was free a friend convinced me to get it and i havent played anything else for weeks. Aside from legends z a . Which i brought with the intent of broading my experience with pokemon as a ip . And simultaneously my ability to obtain certain pokemon/shinys to transfer over to champions. (Safe to say pokemon has my attention in a vice grip )

Now that im done with the legends z a storyline im sort of considering buying something else once pay day comes along.

So my question. Which option would net me the most possible pokemon i could transfer to champions. The Legends z a dlc or pokemon S/V

(Im on a oled switch if theres any major preformance issues i need be aware of)
