(Pre-enrollment) Different email in Universitaly

Hi guys, does anyone have a different email registered for Universitaly and the study program? The portal is NOT open for me for year 2026/2027, so i assume the problem is the different emails. I emailed the technical team but i have no idea when they will resolve this. I’m very worried. Does anyone have the same issue and still can see the new registration for year 2026/2027?
