Hard stuck SSF A1 Hell

Decided to level a barb for this season, don't have a ton of time to play with RL responsibilities. Leveling as double throw at the moment and just do not deal enough damage, the weapons don't keep up with the area levels of hell.

After kiting and watching my merc get 1 shot over and over gave up on Blood Raven, but that is alvl85, so kind of makes sense. Managed to save Cain but kill speed plummets from there.

Any advice on where to farm to find weapons that are usable? I am also not opposed to respeccing if necessary, really just have throw mastery, deep wounds and double throw maxed out. I just haven't been able to find anything that stands out and have been crafting on any exceptional and elite bases I find just hoping to get 1 good weapon to get me moving again. Am I just getting hosed by RNGesus?
