Sanity Check: Is MyNetDiary accurate?

So I put in my stats to MyNetDiary and it said my maintenance was about 2987 calories and I should eat at 1987 to lose 2lb a week. Sedentary by the way.
It seemed high, others online also said it was high. Online TDEE calculations suggested maintenance was 2400 and I lowered my calories to 1700. Things have been going well, weight has been coming off and I'm feeling good.
But a little thought entered my head. What if the macro and micro split I've been sticking to is also wrong. AI seems to think the split is fine, but I'd appreciate a bit of reassurance from a human because I don't want to work hard towards something that's wrong and will cause detrimental effects.
So 1700 calories
191g of carbs
85g of protein (this one seems off and I aim for about 100g a day minimum)
66g of fat
I've been going for 30g of fibre but that comes from a Google search rather than the app.
It also says 1000mg of calcium (seems high) and I've been taking a supplement to reach this.
5.8g of salt
It also shows other micros but doesn't set a limit/goal in the free version. I can search them up online myself but I just want to check that they're standard amounts whatever your weight.
Thanks for any helpers.
