Need guidance on how to chose the right path for a higher income (CA)

I’m 20 at the moment based in the Bay Area but I was 16 when I started working on the construction field. Started working as a helper in construction and learned how to use basic tools/electric tool. 3 years later after doing random jobs while in high school I landed a job as a swing stage technician. My team is pretty small and we deal with BMUs, Hoists, BSOs, and normal baskets….fast forward I been in this job for 1.4 years and I feel severely underpaid ($24hr) for what we do. I’m responsible for removing hoist, doing brake jobs, doing annual inspections, pre-use inspections, disassembly and maintenance on several machines. This is a very niche job and I’m aware not a lot of people will even know what I’m talking about but if there are people in here who work on industrial machines, maintenance technicians, engineers etc I would greatly appreciate advice on where I should go with my skills to pursue a higher pay. I have the drive to learn new things so I’m open to any suggestions

For more details I can DM and give more details about what I do
