Glitched brain (computer)

Hi

I have a problem, apparently dr.k read posts so here it is

I feel like my brain relies too much on the automatic mode

And the problem is that for example if we consider my brain as a computer, in some (lots) of cases it has to search for stuff but it always goes back to the same folder and there’s nothing, or there are files like text files or .exe files
but it bugs smh and consider that there aren’t any usable files, while’s the text files or .exe files are usable
