Stuck in silver glitch

Ive won more than 20+ games on multiple maps and I am still silver in them. It may just look like im trash but I mostly play with my friend who is gold nova and most times we win with my score being good. When I solo que I get called out for "smurfing" even though I legit cannot rank up. Leetify also says my games are good. I am 15k on prem but I dont feel like playing that seriously all the time and just want to chill with regular comp games. I want this to change because im forced to play with my friend so I can get better enemies but we are just in gold nova/low silver lobbies because of my rank. I just dont get why I am not ranking up.
