Squeaking noise coming from the engine

I’ve a Škoda Kushaq 1.5 dsg 2023 model, the 3rd service finished in march and until 2 weeks ago everything was fine and I had been using Shell regular petrol. 2 weeks ago I decided to try naayra fuel and have done 2 full tanks on naayra fuel, suddenly 2 days ago the engine started making a lot of squeaking noise when starting up and when driving. First I thought it’s the suspension but I have confirmed it’s the engine now. Could it be because of the fuel change or is it some other problem?
