What small habit unexpectedly reduced your mental workload?
I used to agonize over emails way more than I realized. I'd reread them several times, swap out random words, worry about the tone, send them, then still think about them afterward.
A while back I started using a [grammar app](https://igrammar.app/) mostly because I was tired of catching dumb mistakes manually. What surprised me was how much it reduced second-guessing since I could fix the flagged issue and just move on.
Turns out a lot of the time I spent on emails wasn't really about the writing. It was just indecision dressed up as editing.
It hasn't magically made me a better writer or anything. Writing just feels less exhausting now.
Curious if anyone else discovered something that quietly fixed a problem they didn’t even realize was draining their energy.
