Which is better Latinitas or Romanismos

Haven’t dived into the new DLC much yet, but I’m conflicted on which value is better (or if it’s even worth reforming Rome).

From what I can tell you need to upend your Byzantine run and shift everything to Italy which seems counterproductive, top of losing a lot of the flavor events Byzantine gets when reforming Rome.
