Flare at 7 months

So confused, my baby may be teething (none yet) although has been chewing a lot more, I think that has exacerbated his reflux (we were no longer on meds) now needing them again after having increased pain in sleep, increased vomits, not wanting to lay down, needing to be upright, etc etc … which has now exacerbated his laryngomalacia…….
he had no more stridor and now it has come back at 7 months out of nowhere (reflux or increased activity maybe)
Did anyone else experience anything similar ???
