IIITH MTech CSIS OR PDM??

I got a 126 rank in PGEE. I got PDM.

I am a CSE graduate with no prior experience.

I might have a possibility to get CSIS in further rounds.

If anyone have any idea please suggest me whether I should accept PDM or float and wait for CSIS or CSE??

Also is IIITH worth joining? How is it for MTech?
