Advice for two cats planning to adopt

Advice

After months, i'm finally ready to adopt another cat in my life. After the passing of my beloved cat tiger.

The local sanctuary near me only has bonded pairs and i cannot bring myself to separate any of them. Not only that, I do work long hours, and i've been told bonded pairs can keep picture a company and a more unwilling to modify my house for their needs and plan to as a new chapter of my life where I work around my own meats. And one of them is definitely is needing the companionship of a cat or in this case two.

What am I to expect of 2 cats? I do know it will be more expensive in general. But my previous cat was a massive cat so my scale of here is a bit skewed.

And what should I do to best? Make them comfortable as one of my plans is to get rid of the two smaller couches in my house for a bigger couch to make space for a massive cat tree for them.
