werewolf build ?

Hello, I’m going to start playing The Elder Scrolls Online and I wanted to know if there’s any way to play a full werewolf build hahaha. I really like the class fantasy and wanted to know which race or class is best for doing the werewolf quest. Is the quest very difficult? Thanks in advance!
