TRT success? (within normal range)

I've tried SSRI and SNRI with no success.

Lack of motivation, fatigue, bad sleep. Could it be my due to my numbers below? Would a doctor prescribe trt based on symtoms?

• SHBG: 44
• Bioavailable T: 317 ng/dL
