Mazda 3 2.2D (2015) - Frequent DPF Regens (50km)

I have a 2015 Mazda 3 2.2 SkyActiv-D with 188,000 km. My daily commute is 14 km, with 13 km of that being highway driving. I am currently experiencing DPF regenerations every 50-100 km, which is causing my oil to dillute very quickly.

I have already done a lot of the big maintenance items to try and fix this. I replaced the copper injector washers, i also did a full intake manifold and EGR diffuser deep clean because it was heavily choked with carbon. On the sensor side, I’ve installed the new upgraded metal style Exhaust Pressure Sensor (EPS) and a new MAP sensor, i've also replaced the DPF sensor. I successfully completed the injector calibration (small injection quantity learning) and did a fresh oil and filter change.

Despite all this work, the 50 km regen cycle hasn't improved by much. Is my 14 km highway drive just too short for the car to finish a cycle, or is there a specific "learned value" or DPF reset I need to perform to break this loop now that the hardware is clean?

I'm looking for any advice on what to check next before I look into replacing other expensive sensors. Thanks!
