Ultra Update 15.2.4 Broke CEC Volume Control

My 4850X Ultra was pushed an update to 15.2.4 on 4/8/26 and now I am having CEC issues with volume up/down and mute only. Power on/off works normally. Worked flawlessly with zero issue before update. System restart from the settings menu fixes it sometimes, not every time. Next day issue returns.

Any one else having a similar issue?
