Now that DLSU’s ID122 will return for OMY, what is your early UAAP S89 predictions?

For me (and this is not to jinx, but based purely on recent games and players):

Finals: DLSU - UST
Rank 3-4: NU, ADU
Rank 5: FEU
Rank 6: ADMU
Rank 7: UP
Rank 8: UE

Possible na sumira sa ranking: FEU (if tutuloy si Udeagbala sa kanila at S89 sya papasok)

Other notes:

I placed ADMU higher than UP dahil wala na si Taks. Though UP will still banner Dongallo, I don’t think she will be as lethal as her pre-ACL game. Masyado ring inconsistent yung ibang players ng UP.

Now, I think UST (and not NU) will be able to reach the finals given na babalik din si Jurado at si detdet “lang” ang nawala (which is a very big role to fill in). Lalong lalakas ang case nila if masecure nila si Berayo from NUNS. NU, on the one hand, is still a Finals contender. But, Lamina is a huge loss for them. Pono, while great, doesn’t fit the recent NU system that thrives sa fast-paced game. She and her MBs need to step up if they want to remain in the championship game.

As for DLSU, they can sweep it again. But I believe it will be more difficult this year. However, if the conversation revolves only on who’s gonna win it, DLSU can and will do it (so long as walang injuries na maeencounter, please be safe girls!).
