Experiencing another migraine flare up

I have had this migraine the entire day. The pain/ pressure behind my left eye is gnarly AF. I have dealt with migraines on and off for 11 years unmedicated. It’s just after 11:00 PM and I am laying in bed in a semi-fetal position on my left side trying not to move.
