Chameleon Eyes

At a festival a few years ago and this dude near us sits down to watch a glover, My buddy taps me on the shoulder and tells me to turn around and look and this dudes eyes were jetting in different directions like an actual chameleon, up and down and side to side all over the place in different directions. Anyone else seen this before?
