19m Why doesn’t Apple/IOS allow this

So had this problem before where I’ve done kidslox, Qustudio and Ourpact but I can always go into settings and remove the management profile. It’s pretty annoying. Even with advanced features for all of them I can still remove it. Is there any workaround for this or why doesn’t this work ?
