Missing Memory Fragment in the Create A Bear Quest

Hi,

In the Create A Bear Quest, I can't find the third memory fragment which is supposed to be in the Inside Out Realm. I looked near the crafting station and its not there. I have gone in and out of the realm, and saved, closed and reopened the game but none of this seems to help. I've even returned all items in my pockets to a chest, then went back to the realm but that too hasn't worked.

Also, I've contacted support but only received a confirmation style email in return, and have heard nothing since.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution to it?
