How to manage finance between the couple's?

I am 36m and wife 35f, we have a 2.5 yes old daughter .

My wife earns 2 LPM and I am earning 4Lpm.

My wife does not contribute any of her money in any household expenditure. All the expenses of either home, daughter are done by me and no expense is done by my wife. Now she is asking for about 50k/month from me for her personal expenses... Is this normal or am I missing something. Asking from married people out there...
