Any need for me to think about increasing Reta with my current circumstances?

💉 Peptides & Hormones

Additional context - male, 35, 104kg, goal is around 85-88kg.

Current dosage (4 weeks in) - 0.5mg weekly.

Current effects - appetite suppressed but not fully which I see as good, I’m able to eat good healthy food and in a deficit of 250-400 calories per day.

Focussing on good habits - drinking more water, electrolytes, walking, hitting my protein intake (with help of shakes), and eating more whole foods and healthier choices.

I know it’s a very low dose and I see many on higher, but because things are working currently, as I approach week 5, I’m not seeing any reason to go up to 0.75mg or 1mg yet. I feel like it’s best to stay at this dose and only adjust if all the above feels it needs adjusting or isn’t working.

I do want to note another habit I’m working on is discipline too, the Reta I’m using as a tool where it assists with appetite suppression (without taking it all away), and also as a tool to hopefully kick my metabolism a bit more into gear and reduce inflammation. As a tool only as I’m also focussing on the longer term habits, discipline, mostly just the simple basic things within my control rather than depending on reta to do all the work for me.

Is my approach okay, or would there be any benefit to still titrating up?
