Tips for pre & post endo bowel resection recovery

If anyone will know, it’ll be you ladies! I’ve had 11 laps so far for my endo, and have one small section of bowel endo remaining, which is being removed at the EOM.
For those of you who’ve been through it, what can I do pre & post op to make recovery as best as possible?
