Why is the helpline so rudeðŸ˜ðŸ¥€
I called the KEA helpline to ask a genuine doubt about offline document verification and the guy spoke like I personally ruined his day 💀
Bro I’m already stressed about ranks, counselling, documents, college selection, future, relatives asking questions every 5 minutes, and now the helpline itself sounds irritated that students are calling.
Like sorry for using the STUDENT helpline as a student ðŸ˜
I wasn’t even arguing or anything. I just slipped up and said "clause A1" instead of "clause A" when he asked "are you A or A1?". I apologized immediately too😠And for the rest of the call he treated me like a dumb shit, intentionally speaking in a condescending tone
Then why even have a helpline 💀
KCET counselling is confusing enough already. Every year rules change, half the information online contradicts itself, and students are expected to magically understand legal-level admission procedures at 18 years old.
At this point Reddit explains KCET better than the actual authorities.
