Is icici adding extra 1%tax plus gst on wallet loading through amazon pay icici cc?

So basically before 6months i used to add money to my amazon pay wallet through icici amazon pay cc and i used to pay only the 2% convenience fee with gst during the transaction only but fast forward to 6months 2 days back i added money to my amazon pay wallet through the same cc and today when i have opened the app i am seeing an extra 1% with 18% gst in the cc statement. I was shocked, Did icici change it? When did it do? Since i am not aware of any changes🥲
