Starting an early-stage founders community

Hey everyone,

I’m an entrepreneur based in Surat and have been thinking about creating a small community for early-stage founders and people just starting their business journey.

Over the past few months, I’ve noticed a lot of new startups and businesses popping up in Surat, and it feels like the ecosystem is growing fast. While there are already a few founder communities around, most seem to cater more towards established businesses or founders who’ve been in the game for years.

I’d love to connect with people who are still in the early stages - figuring things out, sharing experiences, discussing challenges, learning how to grow, scale, hire, market, navigate Surat as a startup city, etc.
