Would you say War's Toll is MLD?

I had someone play [[War's Toll]] in a bracket 2 game in a reasonably bracket 2 deck. I wanred him that it might be considered MLD but we were in the middle of the game and the deck was otherwise fine so we kept playing, but I want to know if people think I'm being reasonable in that characterization?
