High Temp IDEX

I'm deep in it now. Any thoughts on the industrial/engineering material pathway?

🟢 Stage 0 — rigidity (rails + frame)
1)hiwin linear rails
2)creality dual z kit
3)z pom nut mounts
4)Y extrusion to enclosure mounting

🟡 Stage 1 — heat survival of motion system
1)ASA frame clamps
2)PPS / Al SLM Volcano mount
3)Aluminum SLM Y belt tensioner
4)Stepper watercooling / high-temp steppers

🔵 Stage 2 — stable 70°C enclosure
1)Aluminum enclosure panels
2)Main bed heater
3)Second 600W PTC heater

⚙️ Stage 3 — IDEX mechanical architecture

🧠 Stage 4 — dual motion control system
1)High-temp belts
2)PPS / SLM printed parts
3)Clean + high-temp lubrication of motion system
4)Heat cycle + re-tighten everything

🏁 Stage 5 — production tuning
1)Hot tighten everything at 80°C
2)Run all calibration and tuning
3)70°C input shaping
