Step 1 diy guidelines

Hi! I’m in MS3, and i started step preparation recently and i feel v stressed and lost rn. I don’t know what should be a standard or realistic timeline as i’m a first gen dr and first in my bloodline to pursue USMLE (no cap) idek what i’m trying to ask but i just want a indepth review pf how to do it, what to expect, and how to train yourself into giving step 1 with confidence and actually ace it. I’m v scared rn i started with renal and it just gets erased from my mind when i finished that system. I go out of focus and my brain feels foggy. Help me pls
