Applying to Speedrun Tips needed

I have one serious question. We recently pivoted, just 2 weeks to a different problem. Earlier, we were making an consumer personal assistant. Now, we are making an toolkit to develop the personal assistant especially focused on hooks and agent proactivity.

What should I write in my application?

Founded 8 months back, or 2 weeks back - given for this idea we have no traction and just few developers willing to test this out.
