Late 90s/early 2000s power metal track heard in old Arathi Basin WoW PVP montage (TBC/WotLK era)

Intro:
I have been trying to find this track on and off for years. The track has a male singer, and from what I recall a somewhat lighter high-tenor voice with hints of opera. The vocals are quite front and center, and I don't remember there being any european accent (could be wrong but good to point out).

Lyrics (very fuzzy/few/misremembered - probably chorus):
"Cause the others/outer chase me/my inside, everyday/every day I must believe..."
"I don't know what I've been [trying?] but I..."

Where I heard it:
I heard this in an old WoW PVP video/montage way back. I believe it was Arathi Basin, and it was probably a video from the The Burning Crusade era - could be wrong there.

What I've already checked:
- Stratovarius (general browsing, doesn't feel high enough tempo)
- Angra (Fireworks era, not enough tempo or 'opera-ish singing')
- Labyrinth - Return to Heaven Denied (feels quite close, but I seem to recall the song I'm looking for sounding a tiny bit more...newer ish metal?)
- Sonata Arctica (quite close as well on some songs)

Also checked out random albums and songs from:
Edguy, Rhapsody of Fire, Lost Horizon, Heed, Primal Fear, Heavenly, Masterplan, Harmony, Freedom Call, Crystal Eyes, HammerFall, Iron Savior, Control Denied, DragonForce, Power Quest.

The song I'm looking for might very well be among these artists, or perhaps from a band I've totally overlooked. As I've said, I've been searching on and off for years, so I'm starting to question if this song is even real anymore.

P.S. I've asked on r/tipofmytongue without luck a few days ago. Since then I've gone through the most popular PvP videos from around 2007-2009 without finding it. In addition to this, I've had Spotify radio on on various of the abovementioned artists with no luck. This is making me go insane, hehe
