Hotel Room vs Park Mobile ?

We've always stayed in a Park Mobile, but was thinking of staying at the White House instead, since it seems to have better parking, indoor pool to stay away from the sun, but just wondering what people think of them. Do they have a refrigerator, microwave etc or just a bathroom and bed? Should be visiting at the end of the month. Park mobiles are great, just a bit far from everything.
