PT Cashier for 4 weeks so far

Hey guys, I wanted to come up here to share my experience so far cashiering at aldi. So far, it’s been pretty alright. I seen that everyone says that cashiers need to be fast and all, but I still haven’t been able to check my stats. My store manager also hasn’t said anything to me about it yet so could this mean i’m doing fine? Or am I cooked? Cashiering is all they’ve had me doing (I am a PT cashier so this is expected) and i’ve done only a shift of boxing the store. I also wanted to come up here and ask if me getting only 2 days next week of work is a bad sign? I haven’t really been looking out for theft and I feel like my scanning isn’t on par with my co-workers who aren’t even cashiers. Just want some advice or opinions from those who were also Newly hired as PT cashiers, or any kind of new hire opinion.
