Woot sent me a refurbished Hermès Series 8

I ordered a Series 8 Stainless Steel 41mm from Woot! for $140 plus tax and S/H. They sent me an Hermès version watch case with a regular Sport Band.

The watch was listed as Grade A Refurbished but the stainless part is pretty scratched up. The glass doesn't have scratches but is scuffed around the edges. In short the watch is not in spectacular condition but useable.

If it were what I actually ordered, a regular Series 8 SS, I'd probably return it given the condition. Is the Hermès version worth more in any way, or worth keeping for any other reason?
