Injection pain?

I had my second T shot yesterday after switching over from gel. After the first shot I was a little sore the next day, but nothing too disruptive. I'm currently in a LOT of pain. It hurts sitting, laying down, standing up, moving, it hurts to touch, it's the kind of pain that makes you nauseous. Is there anything I can do/ could have done to minimize the pain? Or did I just get unlucky with a bad spot?
