Increased volume of milk?

Hello, we recently started combo feeding. We’ve been using Kendamil formula. I’ve noticed that when I make a 4oz bottle, after I shake it with the powder, the milk becomes almost 5 oz excluding the foam

Does this mean my son is having 4oz or 5oz?
