L200 2019 wireless CarPlay adapter recommendations

I’ve got an l200 2019 and want to go from wired to wireless Apple CarPlay. I keep reading that the USB outlets are low voltage and you need specialised adapters (Y cable cord = power and data from 2 different seperate sources) to work around this? What is everyone else’s experience with this issue?
