Which handheld will suit me most?

ok background, I've always loved to watch story games (never played before) (e.g., Cyberpunk, RDR, COD, TLOU, etc.), and I've been wanting to get a Steam Deck, but everyone says there are better alternatives? I don't know much about handhelds, but the games that I mostly wanna play are Cyberpunk and Detroit: Become Human. On budget pls guys. (Aussie-based)
