Need recommendations for reliable WhatsApp message automation tools or agencies (India-based preferred)

We're a non-profit currently using a WhatsApp chatbot through an agency that the bot works with, but support has been unreliable, and costs aren't justified.

Looking to either migrate to a new agency or self-host via a platform. Key needs:

• Data migration — 4+ years of user + chat history, can't lose it
• Platform setup — preferably on WATI, Waplify.io, or similar BSP
• Ongoing support — not just onboarding-and-ghost

Platforms I'm evaluating so far: WATI, Waplify.io, AiSensy. Open to others.

If you've actually migrated a bot (not just built fresh), I'd value your take — migration is where most agencies drop the ball.

Drop a name or DM if you've had a solid experience. Avoiding agencies that are good at sales but weak on execution.
