If your SaaS suddenly died tomorrow, what would you do differently?

Question

If your SaaS suddenly died tomorrow, what would you do differently?

No users
No revenue
No audience
Everything gone overnight 😅

Would you build another SaaS again?

Or would you change the whole approach this time?

Personally, I feel like a lot of founders would probably focus way more on distribution first now...

Maybe:

  • building an audience earlier
  • validating faster
  • talking to users more
  • choosing less crowded markets
  • shipping smaller products
  • focusing on SEO/content sooner
  • or even avoiding SaaS completely 👀

I’m genuinely curious because so many indie hackers say the hardest part isn’t building anymore... it’s getting attention

If you had to restart from zero tomorrow, what would you do differently this time?
