Help with psychic dreams

Had a dream, it felt so real n emotional. Don't remember most of it.

This man(lover in the dream, but I don't know this man irl rn) said he recognises me n said I had three freckles on the side of my nose in the shape of stars.

I don't have freckles.

It's been bothering me cuz Ive been having premonitions in my dreams, the ones that are like down to the details.So i don't know what to think of this. Past life? Or something causes me to get these symbols on my face?? I need psychic help lmao.
